True GIS Dot-Matrix Atlas and Geographically Accurate Outpost Anchors
Rebuilt the Kingdom Atlas using genuine geographic mapping data so that all 2,464 continent dots and every stationed outpost sit in their true, real-world locations across the globe. Upgraded outposts with floating high-contrast pill badges and needle pointers so city names and flags pop clearly, expanded top spacing to eliminate clipping, and unified command center navigation menus so only one dropdown opens at a time.
Homepage Headline A/B Testing & Response Tracking
Connected the website homepage headlines to our edge testing system, testing whether a community focus or deeper scripture focus brings more young adults into Bible study. Replaced random browser page changes with consistent 30-day visitor delivery and added live tracking for button clicks and newsletter signups to see which message converts best.
Kingdom Atlas: Interactive Global Territory Map
Built and launched the Kingdom Atlas, an interactive world map highlighting the ministry's growing presence across 14 sovereign nations. Visitors can now explore local prayer times in their home timezones, connect with regional fellowship groups, and plant the flag as founding ambassadors in unreached countries.
Live Zoom Virtual Meetings and Attendance Connected
Connected the ministry's live Zoom account directly to the leadership command center. The dashboard now automatically tracks and displays real-time attendance across 98 ministry gatherings totaling 4,828 participants, giving leadership instant insight into Friday Bible Study and Wednesday Night Prayer growth.
